You will find that the Local produce is not so seasonal. In the Philippines, produce pretty much grows all year round. And the people are all smiling and ready to sell you the freshest produce, fish and meats at wholesale prices.
We value this natural diversity, and each of the local markets found here in Cebu will provide you with the freshest produce daily.
While only produce that has traveled less than a day (7 or fewer hours by car or truck) can even be considered for “local”, and most of the markets have vendors that are local farmers and fisherman.
